Still a smoker? Hard Work, isn't it? It's bad enough to have to put up with all those harsh messages from the health professionals warning you of all the dangers you face from being a smoker, let alone the cost of keeping up your tobacco habit.
As a rough calculation if you smoke ten cigarettes a day then those fags are costing you around £1,000 a year!
It is also increasingly difficult to be a smoker in Britain today. Even is you still enjoy a drink and a smoke you have to do that outdoors in the cold rather than iside the pub with your friends. And at work you'll find fewer and fewer people are joining you in the "smoking corner".
Then there's the nasty smell in your home and on your clothes - not to mention your breath. And how would you like to kiss someone who smoked?
The good news is that stopping smoking using hypnotherapy is easier than you think.
If you are a smoker then the chances are you want to quit. Whether it is to improve your health, give you more money to spend on other things, to please your partner or simply kick a nasty habit, if you really and truely want to stop smoking then you can!
But if you carry on smoking you have a greater than average chance of contracting heart and lung disease, cancer and circulation problems as well as infertility and impotence.
Research involving over seventy thousand smokers and published in the Journal of Applied Psychology showed that hypnotherapy is the single most effective treatment for smoking. The only thing more likely to make you give up is being told that you have heart disease. Of course, you could wait until your doctor tells you that you have got to stop - but why wait until then? The health benefits starts from the moment you give up smoking your last cigarette.
Hypnotherapy is not a miracle cure. It can only help you give up smoking if you really want to stop.
How does it work? Hypnotherapy and the other beneficial treatments used re-programme your subconscious mind to reject your old smoking habits and to cut any links smoking has with stressful situations, social activities, or relationships. Your subconscious learns useful tricks it canuse to keep you tobacco-free - without you even realising it.
Hypnotherapy is simple, effective, free of side-effects and of proven benefit. So, if you really want to stop you can walk out of your hypnotherapy session as a non-smoker.
Quit smoking therapy only takes one session lasting around two hours in length. The cost includes an additional free consultation within three months, just in case you need it, and a back up CD or MP3 download.
Not sure whether hypnotherapy is right for you? Then take advantage of a free 30 minute consultation where you can find out what is involved and to answer any questions you have to ask about the treatment.
