Reflexology

John Morley-Kirk FEMA, M.I.I.R. (Regd) A.R.T., (Hon.F) M.A.R.

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are areas or reflex points on the feet and hands, which correspond to each organ, gland and structure of the body.  The reflexologist works on these reflexes to reduce tension all over the body.  This then improves the blood supply and nerve impulses, which helps to re-balance all the body's funtions.

What can Reflexology help?

From acne to arthritis, cholestorol to colds, eczema to fluid retenstion, hay fever to hiatus hernia, irritable bowel, menopausal problems, shingles and stomach problems, even the most serious problems such as ME, MS and even Cancer benefit from Reflexology.  Health problems "right across the board" benefit from Reflexology.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and conditions, it gently stretches, twists and manipulates the feet to release compressed energy and tension within all the body systems.  Using minute fingertip pressure on specific somatic reflexes it is possible to identify and treat imbalances and bring about bio-physical balance, often before they compromise our health.  This treatment is especially efficacious for the elderly or infirm.
